Healthy Coconut Popsicles Recipe
A fruity and delicious summer treat for the whole family.
honey or maple syrup
Remove the peel from the kiwi and mango and cut into small chunks.
Open the can of coconut milk and pour into a glass measuring cup with a spout. (for easy pouring later)
Add cinnamon and honey (maple syrup for vegan recipe) to the coconut milk and whip vigorously with a fork until well combined.
Put the fruit chunks in the empty popsicle mold alternating kiwi and mango.
Pour the coconut milk mixture into the mold and put the stick in.
Freeze for at least 4 hours
